Informaci\u00f3n general<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"251\" data-end=\"435\">En <strong data-start=\"254\" data-end=\"272\">PK Cake Studio<\/strong> todos nuestros productos son elaborados <strong data-start=\"313\" data-end=\"349\">de forma artesanal y bajo pedido<\/strong>, utilizando ingredientes frescos y personalizados seg\u00fan las indicaciones del cliente.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"437\" data-end=\"440\" \/>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"i69ihx\" data-start=\"442\" data-end=\"476\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"445\" data-end=\"476\">2. Pol\u00edtica de devoluciones<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"478\" data-end=\"523\">Debido a la naturaleza de nuestros productos:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"525\" data-end=\"573\">\ud83d\udc49 <strong data-start=\"528\" data-end=\"573\">No se admiten devoluciones ni reembolsos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"575\" data-end=\"594\">Esto aplica porque:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"596\" data-end=\"700\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1kmg88m\" data-start=\"596\" data-end=\"642\">Son <strong data-start=\"602\" data-end=\"640\">productos alimentarios perecederos<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"zm8asi\" data-start=\"643\" data-end=\"700\">Son <strong data-start=\"649\" data-end=\"698\">productos personalizados y hechos por encargo<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"702\" data-end=\"855\">De acuerdo con la normativa vigente (art. 103 del Real Decreto Legislativo 1\/2007), este tipo de productos queda <strong data-start=\"815\" data-end=\"854\">exento del derecho de desistimiento<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"857\" data-end=\"860\" \/>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1mb54g3\" data-start=\"862\" data-end=\"896\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"865\" data-end=\"896\">3. Cancelaciones de pedidos<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"898\" data-end=\"942\">Los pedidos pueden cancelarse \u00fanicamente si:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"944\" data-end=\"1021\">\ud83d\udc49 Se solicita con al menos <strong data-start=\"972\" data-end=\"998\">48 horas de antelaci\u00f3n<\/strong> a la fecha de entrega.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1023\" data-end=\"1041\">En caso contrario:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1043\" data-end=\"1128\">\n<li data-section-id=\"x2sg5j\" data-start=\"1043\" data-end=\"1085\">No se realizar\u00e1 devoluci\u00f3n del importe<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"16k3bsu\" data-start=\"1086\" data-end=\"1128\">El pedido se considerar\u00e1 en producci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1130\" data-end=\"1133\" \/>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"ud6mny\" data-start=\"1135\" data-end=\"1170\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"1138\" data-end=\"1170\">4. Incidencias excepcionales<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1172\" data-end=\"1248\">Aunque no se aceptan devoluciones, si ocurre alguno de los siguientes casos:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1250\" data-end=\"1309\">\n<li data-section-id=\"zf50bu\" data-start=\"1250\" data-end=\"1286\">Producto entregado en mal estado<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"zthqwx\" data-start=\"1287\" data-end=\"1309\">Error en el pedido<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1311\" data-end=\"1396\">\ud83d\udc49 El cliente deber\u00e1 notificarlo en un plazo m\u00e1ximo de <strong data-start=\"1366\" data-end=\"1378\">24 horas<\/strong> desde la entrega.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1398\" data-end=\"1491\">PK Cake Studio evaluar\u00e1 cada caso y podr\u00e1 ofrecer una soluci\u00f3n, como reposici\u00f3n del producto.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1493\" data-end=\"1496\" \/>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"pgybbl\" data-start=\"1498\" data-end=\"1516\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"1501\" data-end=\"1516\">5.
